u20tallinn215 MediumEliška Martínková picked up the pace right from the start of the race and gradually dropped off one opponent after another. It wasn't until the third kilometer that she was replaced by someone else. At that moment, however, the leading group had only four competitors. Only the Russian Julia Khalilová with Ekaterina Petrovová and the Ukrainian Valeria Šolomitská stuck with our representative. Martínková was still very active, thanks to which Šolomitská lost contact and thus lost the battle for precious metals. The same fate befell Petrov to several circles later. After the fifth kilometer, only Khalilová went with Martínková. However, it didn't take long and the coach's ward, Kateřina Čermáková, was already alone at the helm and was moving towards life success. However, as the race led to its conclusion, Eliška received a second warning target and had to be more careful. Khalilová took advantage of that and caught up with Martínková. A kilometer before the finish line, she then boarded. Eliška still managed to capture this onset. The winner was decided in the final round, where Russia's entry was already successful and Julia Khalilová won the title of European Champion in this year's best European performance of 46: 14.21. Eliška Martínková was able to enjoy not only a silver medal, but also a significantly improved personal record at the top ten of 46: 23.74, which ranks third in the historical national tables in this discipline for the Drahot sisters, and has now continued their medal achievements from the youth championships. At a graded pace, the Frenchman Maële Biré-Heslouis finished for bronze at 46: 32.14. The second Czech representative Klára Hlaváčová finished the race in 24th place in the time of 53: 05.77.

In the walking race for 10 meters of juniors, Jaromír Morávek took the eleventh place in the personal record of 000: 44. Adam Zajíček finished in 12.17th place also in the personal record 20: 45.

u20tallinn493 MediumWe were represented by two fighters in the walking race for 10 meters. Jaromír Morávek was more active, and shortly after the third kilometer he even decided to start and led two circuits. However, he was soon caught up. Since then, the pace in the next kilometers has been dictated exclusively by Turkish competitors. In the middle of the race, Morávek began to lose contact with the leading group. The second Czech representative, Adam Zajíček, was then about 000 meters behind him. The Turks, meanwhile, were replaced by Italians and Spaniards. Paul McGrath, one of the representatives from the Iberian Peninsula, took care of a major escape, gradually starting to increase his lead over the rest of his opponents. However, his pursuers did not like this and went on a chase. The moment McGrath felt it, he pushed against the saw again, a crucial moment. In the final circuits, he went calmly for the title of European Champion. He passed the finish line victorious in time 50: 42. The Turk finished Mert Kahraman in the silver position in 32.19: 42 and the bronze was won by the Russian Dmitri Gramačkov (37.83) thanks to a great conclusion. Jaromír Morávek will take eleventh place from Tallinn and a person on the top ten 42.39.25: 44, which ranks ninth in the Czech historical junior tables. Adam Zajíček finished the race in the twentieth in 12.17: 45. It is also a personal record in the walking race for 27.15 meters on the track.
