TECHNICAL PROVISIONS

Rule 54.7.3 (formerly Rule 230):
In accordance with Rule 54.7.3 (formerly 230), a Penalty Zone will be established. As soon as the competitor receives the 3rd red card, he will be stopped in this area for 2 minutes.

Conditions for all participants in the sporting event

Entry to the sporting event will be allowed only if the following hygienic and anti-epidemic conditions set by the Chief Hygienist of the Czech Republic and the NSA are observed. The organizer reserves the right to expel persons from the sporting event in case of non-compliance with the conditions.

SELF-REPORTING

There is an obligation for all persons present at the time of the sporting event (athletes, referees, organizers, media, etc.) to confirm the absence of clinical signs of infectious disease through a self-reporting form.  

The form will be available at the race office.

NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST

All competitors, judges, organizers and the media (hereinafter referred to as the "obligated person") are obliged to pass the SARS-CoV-2 virus test using the method RT PCR before the competition. The result of this test must be available at the latest before the obligated person enters the premises of the sporting event, and must not be older than 48 hours from the collection of the biological sample at the time of the start of the sporting event. This obligation does not apply to obligated persons who have demonstrably suffered from COVID-19 disease, do not have clinical signs of COVID-19 disease, have undergone isolation to the specified extent due to a positive RT-PCR test and from the first positive RT- The PCR test did not elapse more than 90 days. Obligated persons who have demonstrably suffered from COVID-19 shall submit a medical certificate.

The obligation to submit a negative RT-PCR test for COVID-19 applies to all obligated persons (competitors, judges, organizers and media), even if they have already been vaccinated for COVID-19. 

The participation of other persons is not allowed in the competition area.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION

Obligated persons participating in the sporting event are obliged to wear respiratory protection in the area of ​​the sporting event. This obligation does not apply to competitors during the preparation for and during the competition. A respirator of at least class FFP2 or KN95 without an exhalation valve will be used to protect the respiratory tract.

All participants are obliged to comply with the current regulations set by the Government of the Czech Republic.

ENTRY OF ATHLETES IN THE COMPETITION AREA

Athletes will be allowed to enter the competition area only during the race of their category.

At the end of their race, all athletes will leave the competition area.

NO VIEWERS

The sporting event takes place in the absence of spectators. The organizer is obliged to ensure the absence of other persons in the competition area and in its immediate distance throughout the sporting event who do not meet the above conditions for participation in the event (PCR test, self-reporting forms, respiratory protection, etc.).

RACING OFFICE

The race office will be located in the Congress Center Lázeňská kolonáda - Congress Hall, it will be open on Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 11.00:14.30 am. All duly registered competitors will present themselves in the race office no later than XNUMX pm, where they will receive start numbers and other essentials. Starting competitors must have a certificate of medical examination, not older than one year on the day of the competition - the sending unit is responsible and meet the conditions for participation, see. below.

ISSUE OF STARTING NUMBERS

Start numbers and chips will be issued simultaneously in the race office. Each competitor, or, each competitor, must have the start numbers attached during the competition, without the possibility of any modification, and have a chip attached to the competition shoes or foot.

The competitor is responsible for the chip and will pay CZK 500 in case of loss.

Before each start, the competitors present themselves in the convocation area, from where they will be introduced to the start together.
