Warning for the dissemination of misinformation and slander, especially for Mr. Vít Hlaváč and for Mr. STK official Petr Kratochvíl

In the article from January 28, 2021 on our website, where we present a possible selection of competitors for the European Championships in team walking, Podebrady, we have the following mandates:

Josef Smola, is a member of the organizing committee of the European Walking Team Poděbrady for the walking section, and at the same time has a mandate from the chairman of the European Championships in walking Poděbrady to have the walking coach Kateřina Čermáková present .

Further Company SMOLA KONSTRUKCE sro purchased marketing rights from the Czech Athletic Association on the basis of a margetin contract and SMOLA CHŮZE zs is a full member - a section duly registered with the Czech Athletic Association. Firm SMOLA KONSTRUKCE sro is a partner of the Czech Athletic Association and the main official partner of the European Championships in walking Poděbrady teams

Therefore, we strongly urge that the above-mentioned Messrs. Vít Hlaváč and Petr Kratochvíl do not submit or disseminate disinformation through social networks and especially that they do not damage the above-mentioned name !!!!

Otherwise, it could happen that the above name, the company and the association associated with this name, will be forced to resolve the matter through legal action for damage to the name. The above two gentlemen probably do not realize how much money in the order of millions of CZK the above-mentioned company and association has invested in the Czech walk in the last few years !!!! We will at least ask for an apology for the current situation, free of charge for the time being.
