The Czech walking representatives won the Austrian International Championships in Vienna at all levels: Jaromír Morávek as the overall winner of the race at 20km 1:42:11, Tereza Ďurdiaková at 20km 1:42:46 and Jana Zikmundová at 10km 54: 21min !!! Congratulations to all !!! 

The international walking meeting and at the same time the Austrian Championship in Vienna were marked by many disqualifications and a very demanding racing circuit with many insidious tracks. However, our fighters with all obstacles and an unfavorable fate coped excellent and won, both in the 20km race - Jardomír Morávek and Tereza Ďurdiaková, and in the 10km race - Jana Zikmundová. Congratulations !!!

Our representative, only 20 years old Jaromír Morávek (PITCH OF WALKING PRAGUE), clearly won the 17km walk race, on adolescents with excellent performance 1: 42: 11h. Unfortunately, the other Czech competitors were disqualified in the 20km race (Martin Nedvídek, Tomáš Vojtíšek), (except Tereza Ďurdiaková). The only woman to start this race Tereza Ďurdiaková she fought a balanced duel with Jarda Morávek and achieved excellent performance as part of her training preparation for the 20km walk 1: 42: 46h!

The very promising and promising junior from Turnov clearly won the 10km race Jana Zikmundova 54: 21min, which reached the finish line with a lead of more than 5 minutes. Both Jana Zikmundová and Jarda Morávek will be among the main adepts for the highest places on the coming weekend at the Junior and Youth Championships (Ostrava, September 5-6). The only Czech male representative on the 10km track Zbynek Herman he was unfortunately also disqualified.

As expected, he became the Austrian champion on the 20km walk Roman Brezowsky HSW-Wien / Leichtathletik power 1: 50: 44h. 

The races were accompanied by a lot of stuffy and warm weather for the endurance athletes (perhaps for the last time this year ...
